What we collect
When you send a message. Your name, business e-mail address and company, what you need most, your message, and the page you sent it from.
Technical data. To stop abuse of the form we count messages per sender for one hour. We do not store your IP address for this: we keep a one-way, keyed code of it, which is deleted after an hour. Our hosting provider keeps server logs with IP addresses for security and troubleshooting.
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We do not ask for special categories of personal data; please do not include them in your message.

| Following up with you as a business contact | Form data | Our legitimate interest in business development (Article 6(1)(f)); you can object at any time |
| Keeping the website and form secure | Technical data | Legitimate interest in a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)) |
Who receives it
Our hosting provider, which runs this website, and our e-mail provider, for the confirmation e-mail and our replies. They process the data on our behalf under a processing agreement. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Messages on the website itself: deleted automatically after 180 days.
- Our correspondence with you: as long as we are in contact, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a customer.
- The one-hour code used against abuse: one hour.
